We ship from our facility in Toronto. Padel Wolf Pro strives to ship all orders received within the same or next business day. Shipping generally takes about 2-7 business days to arrive within Canada, but are subject to any delays the carrier may experience. You will receive a shipping tracker number which will send live updates on package status. We use all major carrier companies (UPS, Canada Post, Canpar, Fedex, Purolator) and will generally select carrier based on fastest estimated shipping time to your location.

Our team wants you to be happy with your Padel Racket 100%. You are able to return your racket within 30 days from delivery.

Please contact support@padelwolfpro.com with your full name, product ordered, and order number. We will reply within the business day and will issue a shipping printout. Once the product has been received and inspected, we will issue a full refund. A refund will usually take 2-5 days to reflect in your account upon product receipt. Please make sure all items are returned, as any missing items will lead to only a partial refund.

We cannot accept damaged items, or items unable to be resold.

From the day of delivery, you have 30 days to try out the Padel Racket on the court. If you find it's not for you, we're happy to take it back. You can initiate a return and we'll refund you your money back. We will cover the cost of shipping back to make it risk free.

Any product will not be eligible for additional subsequent trials (i.e. If you return a Racket, you will not be eligible for the same trial period again).

The returned product must not be damaged. The item should be in its original packaging (it's ok if the packaging is opened).

Once the item is received at our facility and inspected, we will refund your purchase back. Inspection will usually be same or next business day, and the refund processing will usually take 2-5 days to reflect on your bank statement. You will be emailed with a refund confirmation.

When we started this company, this was exactly the issue we wanted to address. A lot of premium padel rackets in North America were expensive due to unnecessary shipping and mark-up costs. We design the racquets in Canada, and bulk pay customs/shipping from our manufacturer and receive it directly from them. There is no middleman for warehousing, so we are able to ship directly to you. Our operations are kept super lean, so most of the cost you pay is for the quality, premium materials and not overhead.

Materials in a Padel Racket are the deciding factor in performance and durability. We wanted to make a racket that performs for a very long time. In general for Padel Rackets, an Eva foam is encased with Fiberglass, Carbon, or a mix between the two. The Padel Wolf Pro Alpha is made with a premium blend of carbon fiber/fiberglass in a 100% carbon frame to ensure long-lasting performance.

We recommend the Alpha for the beginner to high intermediate level. The Alpha prioritizes the level of control, making it suitable for beginners looking to upgrade to a premium racket. The Alpha's surface also is perfect for intermediate to advanced players looking to add more accurate spins, power, and shot placement for competitive play.
