Refund policy

Our team wants you to be happy with your Padel Racket 100%. You are able to return your racket within 30 days from delivery.

Please contact support@padelwolfpro.com with your full name, product ordered, and order number. We will reply within the business day and will issue a shipping printout. 

Once the item is received at our facility and inspected, we will refund your purchase back. Inspection will usually be same or next business day, and the refund processing will take 2-4 days to reflect on your bank statement. You will be emailed with a refund confirmation.

We cannot accept damaged items, or items unable to be resold. The returned product must not be damaged. The item should be in its original packaging (it's ok if the packaging is opened). Any product will not be eligible for additional subsequent trials (i.e. If you return a Racket, you will not be eligible for the same trial period again).
