We ship all orders from our facility in Toronto either same business day or next business day. Shipping is free of charge for Canada and the United States for Rackets. You will be emailed with a tracking number allowing you to track progress of your shipment.

Returns and Warranty

We want you to be 100% satisfied with your Padel Wolf Pro product. For rackets, we offer a 30 day return policy. So long as the racket is in new condition, we are happy to take it back. Please contact support@padelwolfpro.com for a pre-paid shipping label. Trial policy is valid for a first order return only.
